Alison has been practicing Human Resources in Greater Massachusetts since she graduated from Bridgewater State University over 20 years ago. She loves to be able to create relationships with all employees and bring improvements big or small. You never know what the day will be like in Human Resources and she thrives on the challenges.

She has since partnered with Bedi Dental Group and loves being able to bring her Human Resources knowledge to everyone she works with.

In her spare time, she loves cruising, spending time on Cape Cod beaches with her husband and two boys, and bingeing on true crime shows.
