Jenn joined the BDG team in 2025 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Jenn is responsible for ensuring resources are aligned to support the overall strategic direction of the business

Jenn brings with her over 18 years’ experience in running operational teams. She has held diverse leadership roles in operations, customer service and account management. Jenn received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.

When not at work, Jenn can be found spending time with her husband and daughter and expressing her creative side with craft projects.
