Cara was born and raised in Massachusetts. She graduated from New England Dental Assisting school and started her career in dentistry as a Dental Assistant in 2007, where she found her passion for the Dental Industry.

Working in Multi-Specialty practices, she lead her teams in O.S.H.A and continuing education. Cara worked alongside specialists from Prosthodontist to Endodontist, where she gathered years of experience, and she applies this in her educational and personal relationship building role here at BDG.

In her spare time, Cara enjoys gardening, yoga, and spending time with her two boys and family.
