Bedi Dental Group is pleased to announce that our very own Dr. Ozair Banday (“Dr. Oz”) has been selected by Incisal Edge Magazine as one of their “40 under 40” specialists. What makes this an especially noteworthy accomplishment is that specialists are evaluated across the entire country to arrive at the final list of top doctors. Not only is being among the 40 recipients a great honor for Dr. Oz, but it also reflects well upon the comprehensive dental care provided by Bedi Dental Group.
Dr. Banday, commonly known to staff and patients as Dr. Oz, completed his initial Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery at age 21. He then completed a three-year specialty program at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics in 2011. By 2013, Dr. Oz completed a two-year advanced placement program, also at Boston University, to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.). During these two years, he had the opportunity to teach at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and then became a full-time prosthodontist in a hospital-based practice at Dorchester House. He continues to teach to this day both nationally and internationally, holding courses in implant and aesthetic dentistry in Dubai, UAE. Dr. Oz loves the arts and enjoys painting and sketching in his free time.
