Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of marketing programs and strategies from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with senior leadership team and practices with a focus on revenue growth
• Develop and manage the marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns and projects
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Collect patient and referral insights, market trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to support successful strategies
• Manage the marketing team, external vendors, and branding strategy
• Ensure all web content remains up-to-date, compliant, and on-brand
• Work with external agencies to ensure SEO and Paid Social Media campaigns are successful
• Lead and manage referral, new patient, and M&A marketing campaigns

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and more than five years of experience in marketing or a related area; dental experience is preferred or medical experience working with physician groups
• Knowledge of Search Engine Advertising and Paid Social Media platforms
• Strong analytical ability and experience tracking of return on investment
• Familiarity with CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager strongly preferred
• Comfortable public speaking and creating presentations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience at a rapidly growing startup company is a huge plus
• High attention to detail, even under urgent or high-pressure circumstances
